To set up one or more report forms
1. In the ASCII Report dialog box (Figure 9-18) put a check mark in one or
more of the available numbered forms to enable the corresponding
Setup Form button(s). The default is to have nothing checked (and
therefore no report form active).
2. Click a Setup Form enabled by your check mark.
The system displays an extensive Report Form n dialog box, where n is
the corresponding number of the Setup form button you clicked.
Figure 9-19 shows an example.
